Job :
Identity and Access Management
Participate in operational activities related to IAM solutions (provisioning, deprovisioning, identity synchronization).
Contribute to the proper functioning of identity flows between source systems and target directories (Active Directory, Entra ID).
Apply the rules and standards defined by the Group's IT department for identity management.
SSO and Application Integration
Handle SSO integration requests for SaaS applications.
Analyze and process incidents related to authentication, user access, and certificates.
Collaborate with application and Identity teams to resolve technical issues.
Support and Operations
Handle incidents and user requests related to access, accounts, and UC & Identity services.
Provide Level 2 / 3 support for your scope.
Document recurring incidents and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
Coordination and Communication
Participate in operational and project monitoring meetings (committees, weekly, technical workshops).
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and international teams.
Report identified alerts, risks, or malfunctions.
Responsibilities
Ensure the quality and reliability of UC & Identity services.
Comply with the Group's procedures, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Contribute to the stability and evolution of Identity solutions.
Be proactive in improving practices and tools.
Required profile :
Qualifications
Knowledge of IAM concepts (identity, access, provisioning, SSO).
Active Directory / Entra ID environments.
Basic MSSQL knowledge
Application integration and authentication (SaaS).
PowerShell, Scripting, automation
Monitoring / Technical Maintenance
Technical analysis and diagnostic skills.
Spoken, Written, and Read English
