As part of our business development, we are looking for English-speaking customer service representatives to handle incoming calls.
Your mission will be to:
- Welcome, identify, and process customer requests
- Analyze customer needs to provide advice and
- Necessary assistance.
- Ensure sales targets are met and complaints are handled
Required profile :
You meet the following requirements:
- Associate's degree minimum (DEUG, Bachelor's degree or equivalent), preferably in foreign languages;
- Perfect command of French
- Command of a second language, English
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, good active listening and communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a team.
