Job :

To strengthen its customer relations center, Bank Assafa is recruiting Call Center Agents, who will be responsible for:





  • Receiving and making calls,

  • Handling our clients' requests,

  • Advising, helping, informing clients and providing them with solutions related to their needs,

  • Telephone prospecting.




Required profile :

  • Having a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a university, business school, or other (BAC+3);

  • Possessing perfect command of spoken and written French;

  • Good listening and analytical skills;

  • Good knowledge of banking products and services, especially participatory products.

  • Good communication skills;

  • Ability to adapt and learn;

  • Time management and organizational skills;

  • Ability to manage stress.
