Job :
We are looking for an Administrative and Commercial Assistant for one of our clients. You will play a key role in managing customer relations and ensuring the smooth running of commercial administration. Your daily work will be rich and varied, with contact with a wide range of internal and external contacts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer database management: you will be responsible for managing and updating the database to ensure accurate and usable information.
- Support for commercial actions: in collaboration with the sales team, you will participate in preparing commercial offers and support field sales representatives on a daily basis.
- Customer follow-up and order management: you will ensure proactive follow-up of customers and orders to guarantee a smooth and professional customer experience.
- Logistics and administrative management: you will be responsible for preparing and checking commercial documents (quotes, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices).
- Payment follow-up and reminders: you will ensure that customer payments are correctly tracked and carry out necessary reminders professionally and courteously.
- Various administrative tasks: you will be involved in various administrative aspects to ensure the smooth operation and organization of internal processes.
Required profile :
You are motivated and independent, with excellent organizational skills and a great ability to manage various priorities. We are looking for someone who combines rigor, discretion, and teamwork.
