Your role: call individuals, understand their needs (internet box / mobile plan), offer the most suitable plan, and close the sale. You will be trained from the beginning to master the offers, tools, and sales techniques.

• You make outbound prospecting calls to individuals.
• You identify needs: internet, mobile, equipment, usage, budget.
• You present internet box and mobile plans clearly and convincingly.
• You handle objections, argue your points, and close sales according to objectives.
• You track interactions in the tools (CRM) and manage exchanges properly.
• You achieve your goals while maintaining a professional customer relationship.

Working hours

• From 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (French time).

Salary

• Monthly net package: +6,600 Dhs, thanks to the uncapped bonus

You have a very good command of French, you are comfortable on the phone, and you enjoy convincing people. Sales experience is a plus, but not required: what matters is your attitude and consistency.
