Do you want to do B2C phone sales, with prospects who are already interested and a clear goal: to convert them effectively? At ADM Value, we are hiring B2C sales representatives to represent a major energy player in France.

You will contact individuals who have already shown interest in our offers. Your role: understand their electricity/gas needs, explain simply, reassure them, and guide them through to subscription.





  • You call individuals with outbound calls (prospects who have expressed interest).

  • You qualify their situation: housing, consumption, needs, budget, constraints.

  • You present the offer clearly and convincingly (without a rehearsed script).

  • You handle objections methodically: price, commitment, doubts, comparisons.

  • You ensure follow-up until subscription and strive for a positive customer experience.

  • You achieve your sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Salary





  • Salary package over 6,500 Dhs net, depending on results (fixed + bonuses + uncapped variable).




Required profile :

You have an excellent command of French, you are comfortable on the phone, and you know how to persuade without being aggressive. You enjoy sales, you know how to listen, and you stay focused when negotiating or facing rejections.





  • Excellent French (spoken + written).

  • Sales confidence in B2C (previous experience in telesales/customer relations is a plus).

  • Active listening, advisory skills, and ability to close deals.

  • Responsiveness, perseverance, enjoyment of challenges.

  • Comfortable with computers and phone systems.
