Job :

• Lead projects for launching offers/services and coordinate actions with effective communication to internal partners
• Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (new business, conversion rates, penetration rates...etc.) and produce summaries/reports
• Analyze field feedback and report requests for evolution
• Ensure projects are completed within deadlines, budget, and quality commitments
• Write functional specifications or User Stories
• Prioritize tickets, monitor their processing, and ensure communication to stakeholders
• Validate delivered applications in collaboration with the IT department
• Identify areas for improvement from projects carried out (processes, tools, practices) and propose concrete optimization actions
 




Required profile :

Education:
• Master's degree (Bac+5) or higher in Marketing
• Experience: 2 years of experience required,

Experience in project management with commitment to deliverables.



Required Skills:
• Mastery of fundamental marketing principles, as well as the latest trends and techniques.
• Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and control all phases of a marketing project, respecting deadlines and budget.
• Aptitude for taking on responsibilities and initiatives within their area of expertise.
• Competence in developing and using management and monitoring tools to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
• Rigor, organization, autonomy, leadership
• Mastery of agile/scrum project management methodologies and ability to adapt the methodology to the project and teams.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, aligning objectives, dependencies, and priorities
• Ability to quickly report alerts and risks to anticipate problems.
• Ability to anticipate deadlines, meet deadlines, and effectively manage priorities, while maintaining a high level of quality

Tools:
• Expertise in using marketing tools
• Use of Microsoft collaborative tools
• Knowledge of project tracking tools: Jira or equivalent
