As part of its development, CMC Maroc is recruiting a Building and Public Works Project Manager to lead development and construction projects, from design to delivery. You will act as the true conductor of the project, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality are met. MAIN MISSIONS Reporting to the management, you will be in charge of:

Education
• Civil Engineering / Building and Public Works Engineer

Experience
• Minimum 5 years in TCE project management
• Experience in Owner's Representative / Owner's Assistant / General Contracting

Skills
• Proficiency in planning (MS Project)
• Good knowledge of TCE (HVAC, Electrical, Architecture, etc.)
• Solid understanding of contract and financial management
