As part of our business development, we are recruiting a Butler (Majordomo) with proven experience in luxury hospitality to join our high-standing clinic in Casablanca.
Main tasks:
- Welcome and provide luxury service to hospitalized patients in suites,
- Ensure their settling in and their comfort throughout their stay,
- Respond to specific and personalized requests with efficiency and discretion,
- Ensure a smooth experience,
- Ensure service quality and overall patient satisfaction.
Required profile :
- Diploma: Specialized Technician in Hospitality - Catering option,
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or a high-end establishment,
- Specific training as a Majordomo (Butler) is a highly appreciated asset,
- Excellent presentation, service-oriented, discretion, and ability to anticipate client needs,
- Proficiency in French required.
