Job :


Reporting to General Management, you will be responsible for:





Deploying and managing the Quality, Hygiene, and Environment management system

Ensuring compliance with current health and regulatory standards in the airline catering sector

Implementing and monitoring HACCP procedures and quality standards

Conducting internal audits and ensuring follow-up of action plans

Raising awareness and training teams on good hygiene and food safety practices

Managing non-conformities and proposing continuous improvement actions

Managing relationships with control bodies and clients on QHE aspects






Required profile :


Master's degree (Bac+5) in Food Quality or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in airline catering or the food industry

Good command of quality standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.)

Rigor, organizational skills, and analytical thinking

Excellent communication and team awareness skills
