Job : As an IT intern, you will support the IT team on the following tasks:
Required profile :
- Provide first-level technical support (hardware and software)
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations
- Participate in the management of the IT equipment (inventory, tracking, maintenance)
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents
- Assist users in using IT tools
- Participate in internal IT projects (deployment, migration, system improvement)
- Write technical documents and procedures
