Job :

  • You are the main HR contact for employees and their managers in the After-Sales department. You support managers and employees on the ground and maintain a close relationship with them, allowing you to handle a variety of HR issues daily.

  • You therefore have a very good understanding of the HR climate and are proactive with teams and management. You also contribute to the development and implementation of our human resources policies, and you continuously ensure the smooth operation and best practices on various HR topics.

  • Deploy the HR policy within the different After-Sales departments.

  • Ensure that HR complaints are addressed and escalated to the HR Department.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, procedures, and internal rules within the After-Sales departments.



Required profile :


Education and Qualifications





  • Holder of a higher education degree (Bac+5) in human resources.



Knowledge





  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role covering personnel administration, HR development, and disciplinary matters, with strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law.

  • Experience in project management.

  • Listening and analytical skills.

  • Good level of French.
