Job :
This position is for a sales-oriented professional, capable of structuring an effective prospecting approach, turning opportunities into signed contracts, and building lasting relationships with B2B clients.
Main tasks:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients (SMEs, startups, subsidiaries, international groups).
- Conduct active prospecting actions (cold calling, lead qualification, appointment setting).
- Identify prospect needs and propose suitable solutions in accounting expertise, audit, tax, and consulting.
- Negotiate commercial terms, ensure closing, and manage contract follow-up.
- Build client loyalty and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (chartered accountants, auditors, tax advisors) to ensure service quality.
- Track sales performance indicators and provide regular reports.
- Contribute to the firm's visibility in the Moroccan, French, Belgian, and Canadian markets.
Required profile :
- Higher education degree (Bac +4 / Bac +5) in sales, marketing, management, or finance.
- Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in a B2B sales role, ideally in professional services (accounting firm, audit, consulting, finance, insurance, IT services company...).
- Proven experience in prospecting and client portfolio development.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand technical offers and translate them into clear value propositions for the client.
- Strong results orientation and autonomy in work organization.
- Very good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in French is essential; English is a plus.
