Job :
Within the Development Department, you will be responsible for developing and retaining our network of partner brokers and prospects. You will contribute to the company's commercial development by managing a portfolio of brokers in a dedicated area, from one of our sites.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and retaining a portfolio of brokers.
- Recruiting/prospecting new partners and supporting the existing network.
- Deploying the commercial strategy and promoting the company's products.
- Ensuring commercial follow-up, reporting, and competitive monitoring.
- Implementing commercial actions and participating in events.
Required profile :
- You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Marketing, Management, Communication, etc.
- You have a good command of sales techniques and a good level of French, both written and spoken.
- You are a tenacious, dynamic, reactive, motivated person with real interpersonal skills. Your active listening, sense of responsibility, and desire to develop achieved results are among your qualities.
