Join our dynamic company in its sector as a B2B Sales Representative. Based in Béni Mellal, Morocco, you will be at the heart of our commercial development strategy, actively contributing to our growth and our market presence.





Your role will be to identify new business opportunities, develop and retain a client portfolio, while ensuring the achievement of set sales targets. You will represent our brand with professionalism and expertise, building lasting relationships of trust with our partners.






  • Prospect and identify new potential clients in the oil and gas sector.


  • Manage and develop an existing client portfolio.


  • Prepare and present personalized commercial offers.


  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales.


  • Ensure rigorous commercial follow-up and customer loyalty.


  • Participate in the development of sales and marketing strategies.


  • Ensure customer satisfaction and relay market information.



You will be responsible for commercial performance in your geographic area and will need to demonstrate great autonomy in managing your activities.






Required profile :


You hold a degree of level Bachelor's degree (Bac +3), ideally in Commerce, Sales, or Export fields.





Professional experience of between 3 and 10 years in a B2B sales role is required. Knowledge of the oil and gas sector would be a major asset.






  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.


  • Solid knowledge of prospecting and business development techniques.


  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.


  • Autonomy, organization, and rigor.


  • Initiative and ability to make suggestions.


  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication.


  • Proficiency in computer tools (Office Suite, CRM).



Your ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions will be key to succeeding in this role.
