As part of strengthening our Marketing team, we are looking for a Brand Manager for the following responsibilities:





Competitive intelligence and market analysis:





  • Ensure competitive intelligence and analyze consumer behavior to sense market trends.

  • Commission and monitor qualitative and quantitative market studies: consumer tests, analysis of consumer and distributor panels, qualitative studies on brand-related identifiers, brand perception measurements...

  • Gather product-related information (sales performance, consumer attitudes...) to define possible improvements.

  • Predict the adaptation and positioning of brand products according to market segments and analysis of results.



Definition of a brand development strategy:





  • Identify the brand development strategy for the coming years, taking into account the different product life cycles.

  • Develop mix strategies per product line, associated budgets, and sales forecasts.

  • Ensure the consistency of the brand, range, segmentation, packaging, communication...

  • Define the brand's digital strategy: brand website, sales website, community website, social media pages or accounts, mobile applications, ...

  • Ensure the proper positioning and consistency of the company's brands.

  • Develop e-influence and e-reputation strategies with the social media manager.

  • Manage the brand architecture and its variations.



Implementation of marketing actions:





  • Communicate about the brand through multi-channel communication campaigns, ensuring consistency with the group's overall media strategy.

  • Coordinate the implementation of the on- and off-line brand strategy in advertising campaigns.

  • Develop partnerships (media, advertisers, distributors...) to increase sales or brand awareness.

  • Work on the visual and graphic identity of the brands, particularly on- and off-line logos, and optimize brand communication.

  • Develop launch plans and monitor the development of new products, acting as the interface and coordinator for the departments concerned.

  • Support and animate the sales and distribution network for the products.

  • Negotiate and coordinate operational marketing actions with partners and clients.

  • Develop and manage the brand's storytelling.

  • Ensure that brand communications comply with current regulations.



Organization of events:





  • Ensure the planning and coordination of brand events, including conferences and promotional events.

  • Develop creative concepts for events to strengthen brand awareness and consumer engagement.

  • Collaborate with external service providers, such as event agencies, caterers, equipment suppliers, and venues, to ensure the smooth running of events.

  • Manage event budgets, including cost estimation, expense tracking, and contract negotiation.



Budget management and indicator tracking:





  • Track turnover by segment.

  • Manage budgets for all elements of the marketing mix.

  • Track and evaluate results (KPIs).

  • Utilize consumer data and insights. 




Required profile :


Education:





  • A Master's degree (Bac +5 or higher) is expected, ideally in Marketing or a related field, to acquire the necessary theoretical foundations and analytical skills.



Experience:





  • Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably in the Distribution sector, has allowed you to develop a solid understanding of market challenges and brand promotion mechanisms.



Skills:





  • Good knowledge of various marketing research techniques

  • Proficiency in English, as international contacts are frequent

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Rigor and management skills to ensure effective budget tracking

  • Good writing and communication skills to intervene effectively

  • Open-mindedness and curiosity to sense market trends, ability to project into the future to understand its developments

  • Decision-making and conviction strength, to move projects forward and convince internally of the soundness of choices

  • Creativity, to bring new ideas in brand image development or, more broadly, in brand creation context

  • Analytical and synthesis skills, particularly in market research

  • Teamwork spirit, to interact positively internally with all concerned departments.

  • Patience and persistence are also among the required qualities to achieve satisfactory results
