Job :
- Welcome and seat customers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Present the menu, advise customers, and take their orders.
- Serve food and drinks according to best practices.
- Coordinate the dining room team during service.
- Ensure the cleanliness and setup of the dining room.
- Manage customer relations and anticipate their needs.
- Participate in the training of commis and waiters.
- Work closely with other hotel departments.
Perfect mastery of service techniques and in-depth knowledge of wines and spirits will be essential to excel in these roles.
Required profile :
Your background includes at least a high school diploma (Bac), ideally supplemented by specialized training in Hospitality/Restaurant professions.
You have significant experience, between 3 and 5 years, in similar roles, preferably in prestigious establishments.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of customer service and hospitality.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unforeseen events with calmness.
- Mastery of table service and sales techniques.
- Good knowledge of wines and different menus.
- Sense of organization and responsibility.
Team spirit and ability to motivate.
- Proficiency in French; knowledge of other languages will be a valuable asset.
