Your role will be central to the smooth and quality service in the dining room. It involves ensuring precise and efficient order taking, thus contributing to customer satisfaction and optimizing the work of the kitchen and bar teams. You will be the key link between our guests and our teams, ensuring perfect communication for a flawless experience.
Your main tasks will include:
- Warmly welcoming customers and presenting menus.
- Taking food and drink orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Quickly and clearly transmitting orders to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Managing specific requests and food allergies of customers.
- Tracking orders to ensure timely service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your work area.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
Required profile :
A High School Diploma level of education is required, ideally complemented by a specialization in hotel or restaurant management.
Experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles, preferably in luxury establishments or renowned restaurants, is expected.
To excel in this role, you possess:
- A strong sense of customer service and a neat appearance.
- Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal abilities.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good command of foreign languages, especially English and French.
- Knowledge of quality and hygiene standards in the restaurant sector.
