Required profile : Main responsibilities
- Design and own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices
- Define and maintain the data model, CMDB structure, CSDM alignment, and overall application architecture
- Translate business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions across domains such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or custom applications
- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and event-based patterns
- Act as the go-to technical authority for ServiceNow within the organization guiding teams, reviewing designs, and setting the bar for quality
- Influence platform roadmaps, investment decisions, and adoption strategy based on business priorities and platform evolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experiencewith ServiceNow platform architecture and development
- Certified in the ServiceNow Application Architect stream (CSA, CAD, and at least one CIS ITSM, CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM, or equivalent)
- ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification is a plus
Skills
- Platform architecture & data model deep understanding of ServiceNow's core architecture; able to design scalable, maintainable solutions that avoid technical debt
- Integration design strong knowledge of secure, reliable integrations with external systems such as monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and identity providers
- Domain expertise proven experience across one or more ServiceNow domains: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps
- Governance, security & performance expertise in role-based access control, data security, performance optimization, and upgrade planning
- Communication able to break down complex technical concepts into clear, simple language and adapt the message to the right audience, whether it's a developer, a project manager, or a C-level executive
