Job :

Under the supervision of the head chef, your responsibilities will include:





  • Preparing and cooking dishes according to technical sheets and the establishment's quality standards.

  • Managing your section (pantry, appetizers, sauces, etc.) ensuring organization, cleanliness, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

  • Participating in the creation of new menus and specials.

  • Controlling stocks and supplies for your section.

  • Training and supervising commis chefs and apprentices in your section.


Required profile :

A Bac +2 (equivalent to a 2-year college degree) in Hotel/Restaurant Management is required for this position.




Significant professional experience, between 3 and 5 years, in similar roles within renowned establishments is essential.




This role demands a passion for gastronomy, perfect technical mastery of various cooking and preparation methods, as well as great rigor. You have a sharp sense of organization and the ability to work under pressure. Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills will be major assets for success.
