Your mission:
Transform the marketing strategy into impactful operational actions across all our new stores, while ensuring their visibility, attractiveness, and compliance with the brand's charter.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage openings: site identification, supply ordering, signage coordination, and point-of-sale merchandising.
- Ensure the "turnkey" delivery of new stores in terms of signage, brand guidelines, and wayfinding.
- Monitor the execution of the commercial plan before, during, and after each opening, and produce associated reports.
- Implement the annual marketing plan operations: events, customer actions (surveys, complaints, etc.), etc.
- Produce and order the communication materials needed for each operation.
- Coordinate with business teams to ensure the proper execution of actions and respect for the visual identity.
- Analyze the impact of marketing actions and propose continuous improvement plans.
- Participate in support committees and monitor ongoing marketing projects.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Successful experience in a similar role, ideally in the retail or mass distribution sector.
- Very good command of office software.
- Thorough knowledge of consumer habits and the commercial field.
- Strong sense of organization, analytical skills, creativity, and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and manage priorities.
