As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for an experienced Field Collection Agent.
Your tasks:
Ensure the collection of customer debts
Negotiate and implement settlement solutions
Follow up on unpaid accounts and follow up effectively
Provide regular reporting on your activity
Required profile :
Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in field collection
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage difficult situations
Rigor, autonomy, and results-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
