Mission:



The Facilitator helps collect, monitor, perform first-level analysis, and manage performance indicators (HSE, safety, and process performance), supporting different departments. This is to ensure data reliability and the operational rollout of performance and continuous improvement initiatives. The position reports to the Performance Monitoring Division within the Development, Performance Monitoring, QSE Directorate.



Activities:



Participate in the collection, consolidation, and regular updating of data related to performance indicators.



Update HSE, safety, and performance indicator dashboards according to defined formats and frequencies.



Perform first-level analysis of results (trends, variances, alerts) and report critical issues to the Head of the department.



Contribute to the preparation of reports and summary documents for management and department heads.



Ensure operational monitoring of action plans related to indicators and the SRM-CS Integrated Management System (progress, deadlines, efficiency indicators).



Contribute to regulatory and standards monitoring related to performance indicators and report identified changes.



Ensure the reliability, traceability, and archiving of data and monitoring documents.



Participate in the development of procedures in coordination with the Quality and Safety Managers of other Directorates.



Participate in the facilitation of cross-functional Working Groups related to process improvement.





Required profile :

Academic Background:



Higher education degree from a top institution or a state-recognized Master's degree in performance management, Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma, QSE Integrated Management Systems, industrial engineering and quality, management, or equivalent.



Training or certification in management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.), Lean Management is a plus.



Professional Experience:



Experience of 3 to 5 years in performance monitoring, QSE/SMI management, Lean Management, reporting, or data analysis.



Experience in a structured or certified environment (ISO, continuous improvement initiatives) is desirable.



Experience in cross-functional facilitation or supporting operational departments is appreciated.
