Mission:
Deploy the preventive and curative maintenance policy for the electromechanical equipment of sanitation facilities;
Ensure the proper functioning of the electromechanical equipment of sanitation facilities;
Develop the investment program for the reinforcement and renewal of electromechanical equipment;
Ensure compliance with health and safety at work regulations, ethics, and anti-corruption systems.
Activities:
Ensure the planning and execution of preventive and curative maintenance operations
Plan and carry out the renewal of electromechanical installations
Monitor electromechanical maintenance performance indicators;
Diagnose and analyze incidents;
Plan the work of your collaborators by setting clear objectives and approving their action plans;
Set objectives for your teams to ensure performance according to best practices (respecting costs, quality, and deadlines);
Ensure compliance with health and safety measures
Develop and update work procedures for your collaborators to ensure proper execution of operations and effective control;
Monitor and ensure the maintenance of performance and continuous improvement of the quality management system according to current standards to constantly improve process efficiency and effectiveness;
Ensure strict application and compliance with regulatory and contractual provisions regarding health, safety, and the work environment;
Ensure on-call management of the intervention teams for sanitation plants and networks;
Required profile :
Academic background:
State-recognized engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or equivalent
Professional experience:
More than 3 years of experience in a similar role
Required skills:
Good mastery of the electromechanical field.
Mastery of CMMS tools.
Good knowledge of hydromechanical and electromechanical equipment
Knowledge of urban and industrial hydraulics
Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and metal construction
