Client Contact:






  • Welcoming clients according to brand standards, whether in person or by phone.


  • Implementing actions related to customer satisfaction (external / internal) and monitoring through performance indicators.


  • Scheduling appointments for clients and prospects.


  • Achieving assigned objectives (quantitative / qualitative) and developing action plans in case of deviation.



Communication and Data:






  • Communication and transparency with the client and management.


  • Respect for clients and work colleagues.


  • Communicating all necessary information to clients regarding the administrative file setup.


  • Adherence to processes and standards related to the represented brand and invoicing processes.


  • Tracking and entering prospects into the information system in accordance with internal procedures, while ensuring the protection of client data.


  • Entering pro-forma invoices.


  • Communication and reporting to the management team and with other departments and services with which there is interaction.





Planning & Organization:






  • Organizing and managing appointments for those who have requested them (managers / sales representatives... etc.)


  • Planning for the efficient running of meetings.


  • Being a source of suggestions to streamline workflows and facilitate the work of the sales team.


  • Preparing meeting minutes and following up with the concerned individuals.


  • Managing the archiving system. 



Required profile :


Training and Diplomas






  • BAC +2 diploma (equivalent to a 2-year post-secondary degree)



Knowledge






  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role


  • Knowledge of the automotive market is a plus


  • Understanding of how a car works
