Join a dynamic company in its sector, expanding across a promising franchise network. Located in the heart of Casablanca, we are looking for a Franchise Operations Manager to lead the success of our outlets.

This key role aims to ensure the operational excellence of each franchise, maximize profitability, and guarantee an impeccable customer experience. It involves rigorously deploying brand standards and supporting franchisees in their development.

As a Franchise Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Supervise and coordinate the operational activities of the different franchises to ensure their compliance with established standards.
• Analyze the financial and operational performance of each site, identify areas for improvement, and propose relevant action plans.
• Provide regular support to franchisees in terms of management, team leadership, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with the brand's commercial and marketing policies.
• Train and support franchisee teams on best practices in the field.
• Manage relationships with partners and suppliers.
• Participate in the search for new potential locations for network expansion.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of higher education (Bac+4) is required, ideally in Hospitality / Restaurant Management or related fields, providing you with a solid understanding of the sector.

Successful and significant experience, ranging from 5 to 10 years, in similar roles or operational management in the franchise or restaurant sector, will be a major asset. You have already proven your ability to manage multiple points of sale.
