Job :
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of the warehouse, ensuring efficient stock management, product quality, and meeting production needs. You will supervise a team and liaise between different departments to optimize logistics and production operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage stock levels, ensure replenishment, and minimize stockouts.
- Implement and monitor stock management procedures to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Lead and train a team of warehouse staff, assign tasks, and evaluate their performance.
- Promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate closely with departments to ensure a smooth supply chain.
- Communicate stock and logistics needs and issues.
- Ensure the quality and safety of stored products, respecting current standards and regulations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in stock management and logistics processes.
Required profile :
Educated with a Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree in logistics, stock management, management, or equivalent
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Required Skills:
• Stock management rules;
• Professional obligations regarding hygiene and safety;
• Office and IT skills;
• Good command of French, both spoken and written.
