Job :

A- Setting up and managing the quality system:
- Participate in the design, deployment, management, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS);
- Write, update, distribute, and ensure control of quality documents (procedures, operating methods, records);
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and standard requirements, and carry out related monitoring;
- Conduct and/or coordinate internal audits, contribute to management reviews (MR), and ensure follow-up of action plans;
- Identify non-conformities, analyze causes, and manage the implementation of corrective and preventive actions;
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze processes, manage continuous improvement actions, and train teams on quality best practices.
B- Operational excellence and continuous improvement:
- Optimize processes and improve the overall performance of the QMS;
- Deploy and manage continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, PDCA, etc.);
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify performance drivers;
- Manage the handling of non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions;
- Lead problem-solving and process improvement initiatives;
- Develop a quality culture and support teams towards operational excellence.

C- Quality project management.
- Manage quality projects (certification, transformation, digitalization, etc.);
- Define objectives, deadlines, resources, and performance indicators;
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensure project progress monitoring and reporting to management;
- Identify and manage project-related risks.

- Hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality Management / Project Management.
- Have three (3) years of experience in a similar role.
- Project management certifications (PMP) and/or management system audit certifications are desirable.
- Strong observation skills, rigor, and analytical thinking.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in the field.
