Job :
Within ATM DÉVELOPPEMENT sites, the Purchasing Manager takes on the following responsibilities:
- Accompany managers, site managers and foremen in planning and managing the supply of projects
- Ensure the smooth running of all sites by supplying the necessary materials and supplies without interruption, as requested by the site team and approved by the line manager
- Supervise, monitor and ensure the proper management of the supply operation.
- Lead a good supplier consultation process for the acquisition of materials and supplies
- Mobilize and schedule the different partners and project teams (logistics) involved for the acquisition and delivery of materials under the best conditions and defined deadlines
- Ensure that the necessary documentation is requested from partners involved in the supply operation, namely: (Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices and all attached documents)
- Report any issues encountered in the supply chain to the line manager for remediation to avoid potential procedural malfunctions;
- Ensure the arrival of materials and supplies on site, ensuring that deliveries and checks have been properly carried out by those responsible, namely the
- Ensure that all participatory evaluations are carried out in each school;
- Ensure the completion of purchase orders issued to approved suppliers, namely the Type, quantity, and quality designated (chosen)
Required profile :
- Minimum Bac +3 training (Professional Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Commerce or BTP)
- Field experience in BTP: a must (site manager, foreman, site supplier, measurer or technician)
- Mastery of materials, scheduling constraints, and management of deliveries, stocks, and supplier disputes under real conditions
- Operational skills: negotiation, urgent order placement, budget monitoring, Excel and standard ERP
