Your mission as a Telesales Customer Advisor:



As a Telesales Customer Advisor, you will play a key role by:



• Promoting our clients' products and services
• Identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions.
• Negotiating and building customer loyalty
• Turning every interaction into a sales opportunity and building lasting relationships.
• Contributing to collective performance
• Sharing your ideas and actively participating in the continuous improvement of our processes.

• Are perfectly fluent in French, both spoken and written
• Have excellent communication skills
• Are organized, independent, and positive
• Are proficient with digital tools
• Enjoy taking on challenges and are focused on customer satisfaction



Recruitment process:



1 Online tests (1 hour)
After receiving your application, you will receive an email inviting you to take a series of interactive tests to assess your language, technical, and personality skills.
2 Phone call
An initial call with a member of the recruitment team to learn about Concentrix and confirm suitability for the role.
3 In-person interview
A meeting to deepen your profile and align your ambitions with our company culture.
