Job :

Supervise the progress of inventories, ensuring procedures are followed.



Main Responsibilities and Activities:



  • Inventory Management:
  • Carry out inventories according to the defined schedule.
  • Monitor the preparation and organization of stockrooms and store before the start of inventories.
  • Coordinate and manage the team of inventory controllers.
  • Ensure strict adherence to counting and data entry procedures.
  • Verify and consolidate inventory results.
  • Analyze inventory discrepancies and make corrections.
  • Update stock levels after each inventory.
  • Prepare and present activity reports.
  • Management:
  • Recruit, train, and support teams.

Reference Training:



  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Business Management

Experience:



  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
