Job :

Within the IT department responsible for workstation management and application lifecycle, you will act as an expert on Microsoft Windows and Mac OS technologies, park management solutions (SCCM / Intune / JamfPro), packaging processes, and virtual environments under Citrix.




You will play a key role in the MCO (Ongoing Maintenance) management of office environments. You will actively participate in incident resolution and software packaging for the office teams. You will remain in contact with the engineering teams for ticket escalation.



Missions:



Windows System Support Technician




- Take charge of and analyze N2 incidents on various Windows and MAC environments and monitor the team's backlog
- Understand and direct incidents according to identified scopes



Application Packaging




- Perform software packaging in various formats: MSI, MSIX, Intunewin,
- Ensure the integration and deployment of packages via SCCM and Intune.
- Manage the application lifecycle (updates, removal, deployment) and ensure follow-up



Management and Automation via SCCM & Intune




- Administer SCCM (Package and distribution setup, DP maintenance, reporting).
- Administer Intune (Package setup, reporting).
- Administer MACs with Jamf pro (apps, strategy setup, configuration profiles, compliance)



Automation & Scripting




- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts
- VBScript proficiency is appreciated.



As part of a shared team with the M365 scope, you will also participate in the following tasks:




- Handle complex incidents and requests related to Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Azure AD, Power Platform

- Ensure escalation to level 3 or specialized teams if necessary.
- Analyze root causes, propose corrective action plans, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Write procedures for SN1
- Track and update tickets in the Bynow tool






Required profile :

We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree (Bac+5), with 3 to 9 years of experience in systems support and user environments.



  •  Key technical skills:

-Proficiency in Windows 11 (workstation and server environment) in a corporate context (Active Directory / Azure)
-Experience with SCCM (packaging and application deployment)
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune
-Proficiency in Citrix environments
-PowerShell scripting skills
-Knowledge of virtualized environments (App-V, VMware, Nutanix)
-MacOS environment management



  • Additional appreciated skills:

-Proficiency in Jamf Pro
-Knowledge of VBScript
-Experience with virtualization solutions (VMware, Nutanix)

Microsoft certifications are a real asset.
