OPPO is hiring a Repair Technician (M/F) – Position based in Marrakech.
As part of our development, we are looking for a Repair Technician to strengthen our maintenance center and ensure the quality and performance of after-sales service, in line with OPPO brand standards.
Main Tasks:
- Diagnose hardware and software faults in OPPO smartphones.
- Perform repairs (screens, batteries, boards, connectors, software, etc.) according to technical procedures.
- Ensure functional testing after repair to guarantee service quality.
- Meet repair deadlines and OPPO after-sales service quality standards.
- Use and manage technical tools and spare parts correctly.
- Update repair records and report on interventions.
- Comply with safety, quality, and customer data confidentiality rules.
Required profile :
- Degree in electronics, maintenance, telecommunications, or equivalent field.
- Experience in repairing smartphones or electronic devices is desired.
- Good command of diagnosing and repairing Android smartphones.
- Knowledge of electronic components and repair tools.
- Rigor, autonomy, attention to detail, and team spirit.
