The Higher School of Paramedical Sciences of the International University of Rabat (UIR) is organizing a recruitment competition for a teaching assistant in the specialty of Speech Therapy.
Main missions:
Teaching and Training
- Provide theoretical and practical teaching in psychology.
- Organize and supervise guided tutorials (TD) and practical work (TP).
- Ensure pedagogical follow-up, supervision, and evaluation of students.
- Participate in the development and updating of teaching materials.
- Supervise students during internships.
- Contribute to the coordination of the speech therapy program and the planning of pedagogical activities.
Research and Innovation
- Contribute to the development and integration of innovative teaching practices.
- Participate in research activities related to the specialty.
Mentoring and Supervision
- Supervise clinical internships.
- Mentor students in their final year projects.
- Support students in their academic and professional development.
Participation in Academic Life
- Collaborate with teaching teams to improve training programs.
- Participate in meetings, scientific committees, and pedagogical councils.
- Contribute to institutional academic development projects.
- Actively participate in open days, communication actions, and promotional activities for the program.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Hold a Master's degree in Health Sciences.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or equivalent diploma.
- Have experience in university teaching or pedagogical supervision.
- Demonstrate pedagogical skills and the ability to effectively transfer knowledge.
- Show team spirit and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and students.
- Demonstrate commitment to training and pedagogical innovation.
- Possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Master French language.
