Join a dynamic company in the Health sector in Tangier as a Receptionist. Your role will be essential in welcoming and directing visitors, contributing to a positive experience from their arrival.

The main goal is to represent the company's image through a warm and professional welcome, ensure the smooth flow of visitors, and effectively handle initial requests.

• Welcome visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
• Handle telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
• Guide visitors and accompany them if necessary.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Ensure the reception and dissemination of internal information.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Part of your mission will also be to assist teams in various administrative support tasks, thus contributing to the smooth daily running of the organization.

A Bac +2 level of education is required.

Training in Hotel Management / Restaurant, Healthcare professions, or the Social field would be a major asset.

Professional experience of 1 to 5 years is sought.

Previous experience in a reception role, particularly in the healthcare sector, will be valued.

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and manage priorities.
• Very good sense of welcome and listening.
• Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Discretion and sense of service.
• Adaptability and reactivity in the face of the unexpected.
• Good command of foreign languages can be a plus.
