Within a dynamic company in the Metallurgy / Steel Industry sector, based in Casablanca, an exceptional opportunity is available for a seasoned Administrative and Financial Director. This strategic position invites you to lead financial and operational performance, actively contributing to the development and sustainability of our organization.

Your role will be central in defining and implementing financial strategies, ensuring rigorous resource management and optimizing profitability. The goal is to structure and guide the financial and administrative teams to achieve the highest standards of efficiency.

Your main tasks will include overseeing general and management accounting, preparing budgets and financial forecasts, as well as managing treasury and banking relationships. You will also be responsible for analyzing performance indicators, managing financial risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Optimizing administrative processes and leading cross-functional projects will also be part of your daily work.

You hold a degree level Master's degree or higher, ideally with a recognized specialization in Management, Accounting, or Finance. Your strong academic background is a prerequisite to understand the complex challenges of this role.

With significant experience of 20 years in similar positions, you have demonstrated your ability to manage large-scale financial and administrative responsibilities, preferably in an industrial environment such as metallurgy or steel production.

• Proficiency in computer tools and financial software (ERP, reporting tools).
