Job :
We are looking for an "Administrative and Financial Manager" profile with 10 years or more of experience in the field. The ideal candidate has a good knowledge of accounting and tax rules, with mastery of financial analysis and management control tools.
Main tasks:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the Unit;
- Develop and monitor the annual budget of the SPC;
- Launch and monitor the necessary audits for the follow-up and control of Public Service management and the execution of the Management Contract;
- Ensure the analysis of monthly reports and financial indicators, and write related analysis notes;
- Analyze and examine the financial balance of the Management Contract.
Required profile :
Required education and skills:
- State diploma (Bac+5) or equivalent in finance, audit, and management control.
- Good knowledge of tools and software related to the field.
- Good command of project management techniques.
