Job :

We are looking for an "Administrative and Financial Manager" profile with 10 years or more of experience in the field. The ideal candidate has a good knowledge of accounting and tax rules, with mastery of financial analysis and management control tools.



Main tasks:



  • Ensure the smooth operation of the Unit;
  • Develop and monitor the annual budget of the SPC;
  • Launch and monitor the necessary audits for the follow-up and control of Public Service management and the execution of the Management Contract;
  • Ensure the analysis of monthly reports and financial indicators, and write related analysis notes;
  • Analyze and examine the financial balance of the Management Contract.


Required profile :

Required education and skills:



  • State diploma (Bac+5) or equivalent in finance, audit, and management control.
  • Good knowledge of tools and software related to the field.
  • Good command of project management techniques.
