Job :
We are looking for an "Electricity Engineer" profile for our Entity in Fez
Main tasks of the position:
• Review and study annual investment budgets, forward-looking programs, and multi-year investment plans for the electricity business;
• Ensure monitoring of investment budget execution and carry out controls of investment projects through site visits;
• Value investment files;
• Review tender files and assist in the awarding process of contracts (administrative opening, technical opening, validation of the technical evaluation report, financial opening...);
• Contribute to and review the updating of the unit price list -BPU-.
• Prepare and launch technical audits, and monitor their completion;
• Audit the technical procedures in place;
• Monitor technical performance, ensuring compliance with contractual objectives;
• Monitor the evolution of techniques, technologies, Standards, and regulations;
• Control the improvement of the management and operation of networks and ensure the implementation of the necessary means and tools for technical management;
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of network plans on the GIS;
• Ensure the implementation of decisions from the Monitoring Committee regarding investments.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- State Engineer diploma or equivalent in electrical, electrotechnical, or electromechanical engineering.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in the field.
- Mastery of public procurement regulations.
- Good command of computer tools (Microsoft Office)
- Mastery of technical software related to the activity.
