IT Technician – Tangier – CDI
As part of strengthening our IT team, we are recruiting an IT Technician based in Tangier.
Tasks:
Reporting to the IT department, your main tasks will be:
Ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment
Provide technical support to users (level 1 and 2)
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents
Manage and maintain networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)
Participate in access management and system security
Ensure monitoring and updating of IT tools
Write technical documentation
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT (networks, systems, or equivalent)
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
Good command of Windows environments
Knowledge of networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Service-oriented, autonomous, and team spirit
Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage priorities
