The main goal is to increase our real estate portfolio by identifying quality properties and negotiating advantageous deals, thereby directly contributing to the company's expansion and performance in the market.
Your days will be filled with stimulating tasks:
- Active prospecting for new properties and building land.
- In-depth market analysis and competitive monitoring.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with owners, agencies, and potential partners.
- Conducting negotiations and finalizing commercial agreements.
- Following up on files until the authentic deeds are signed.
- Presenting investment opportunities to management.
Required profile :
Your academic background is solid with a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher, ideally focused on specializations in Sales, Marketing, Export, Distribution, or related fields.
With significant experience of 3 to 10 years, you have already proven yourself in similar roles, demonstrating an ability to generate concrete results in real estate prospecting and negotiation.
