Join a prestigious establishment in the heart of Marrakech and take charge of our gastronomic world as the Food and Beverage Director. You will lead a passionate team in the Hotel / Restaurant sector, ensuring an exceptional culinary experience for our clientele.
Your ambition will be to guarantee customer satisfaction in all our dining outlets, optimize the profitability of these services, while ensuring the impeccable quality of the services offered.
Your days will be marked by the supervision of daily operations, budget development and monitoring, team management, development of new offerings, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. You will be responsible for operational excellence and innovation.
Required profile :
A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 level) is required for this position.
Significant experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles, ideally gained in the luxury hotel sector, is essential to meet this challenge.
You have excellent skills in team management, leadership, and communication. Your strong business acumen, creativity, and ability to work under pressure will be major assets. Knowledge of products and culinary trends is paramount.
