Implementing Salesforce Connect: Configure external objects via OData adapters or custom connectors.
Integration Strategy: Choose between data synchronization (ETL) and data virtualization (Salesforce Connect) based on performance needs.
API Management: Design and consume REST/SOAP APIs to enable communication between Salesforce and third-party tools.
Functional Configuration
Deployment of Specific Clouds: Configuration of Sales, Service, or Health Cloud depending on the sector.
Complex Automation: Creation of flows (Flow Builder) triggered by data from external systems.
Governance and Security
Data Mapping: Ensure data correspondence between different systems.
Access Security: Configure authentication (OAuth, certificates) to secure data flows between Salesforce and external sources.
Required profile :
Education: Master's degree in IT or business school with strong technical aptitude.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in the Salesforce ecosystem with significant experience in system interconnection projects.
Certifications (desired): * Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Platform App Builder
Integration Architecture Designer (the ultimate prize for this position)
