Your missions:
Fraud Fighting
- Deploy action plans for detecting and correcting fraud and anomalies
- Coordinate field operations and anti-fraud task forces
- Oversee the handling of legal cases in connection with the legal department
Metering Equipment Management
- Supervise replacement, verification, and calibration campaigns for meters
- Ensure the operational maintenance of measuring equipment
- Manage stock and plan the material resources needed for interventions
Performance & Reporting
- Achieve revenue recovery and collection targets
- Develop dashboards and monitor performance indicators
- Prepare and optimize the division's budget
Management
- Lead, set objectives, and develop your team's skills
- Ensure compliance with safety, ethical, and internal control standards
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Engineer or Master's degree (5-year state-accredited degree) - all technical or management specialties
- 5 years of experience in operational management and field management in a technical sector: network operations, technical control, operational audit, industry, telecoms, or public services"
