Job :
On behalf of the consulting firm Teamwork consulting, we are recruiting an office manager whose responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration with the accountant for the verification of accounting documents.
- Sending accounting documents to the accountant for VAT declaration (monthly or quarterly).
- Tracking payments and reminders related to accounting (suppliers, customers).
- Welcoming visitors (clients, partners, service providers) with professionalism and courtesy.
- Preparing and organizing meeting rooms for visitors (availability of equipment, preparation of necessary documents).
- Managing the archiving of administrative and accounting documents (paper and digital).
- Ordering and managing office supplies, ensuring adequate stock.
- Tracking inventory and internal requests from employees.
- Managing internal and external correspondence.
- Preparing administrative documents (reports, letters, contracts) and other administrative tasks.
Required profile :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in management, accounting, administration, or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a medium-sized company.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and VAT management.
- Proficiency in office and document management tools (Office, Excel, scanning and archiving tools).
