Job :
Centrale Danone is looking for its new Methods Manager based at the Fquih Ben Saleh plant.
You will be responsible for:
- Daily management of methods technicians and spare parts warehouse staff: planning, SQCDME performance animation, factory communication relay, and conducting daily production meetings (RDP).
- Ensuring the reliability of industrial equipment.
- Ensuring no stock-outs of spare parts.
- Optimizing maintenance costs.
- Ensuring the proper use of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Ensuring the proper functioning and operation of its wastewater treatment plant.
- Defining the directions for organizational evolution and the skills required for each position.
- Identifying training needs for your team members and validating acquired skills after training.
- Contributing to the recruitment and career management of your team members.
- Being responsible for the application of selective waste sorting instructions and instructions regarding quality, hygiene, human safety (potential risks), food safety, equipment, and environment (accidental spills into wastewater systems).
Required profile :
Experienced Engineer, Master's degree (Bac + 5) with a minimum of 5 years of experience --> (Strong expertise: Production/ Maintenance).
