Job :
Centrale Danone is looking for a Manufacturing Capabilities Leader (MCL) to lead the deployment of the Integrated Work System (IWS) across several factories and strengthen industrial skills at the regional level.
Key Missions:
- Deploy and govern the multi-site IWS, ensuring compliance with Group standards.
- Accelerate IWS maturity and generate measurable value creation (Run to Target, phases...).
- Coach Plant Directors and management teams to strengthen operational leadership.
- Lead the regional IWS pillar (AM, PM, Loss Elimination, E&T).
- Ensure the robustness of RunToTarget (RTT): DDS routines, gap resolution, quick decision-making.
- Structurally reduce industrial losses (PR, SU, quality, waste, downtime...).
- Develop equipment ownership for reliability, performance, and safety.
- Train and qualify site pillar leaders to ensure local autonomy.
- Lead IWS assessments and qualifications of industrial leaders.
- Align business, industrial performance, and field execution.
- Embed a culture of sustainable excellence and continuous improvement.
Required profile :
- Engineer with 6 to 8 years of industrial experience, ideally in the food industry or automotive sector.
- Lean Black Belt certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience in operational excellence and demanding manufacturing environments.
- Multi-site experience and exposure to an international context.
- Solid expertise in at least one IWS / TPM pillar or equivalent system.
- Proficiency in Lean tools, problem-solving, and performance systems.
- Fluent English; regional mobility is essential.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills, with a solid senior coach posture.
- Excellent communication, synthesis, and teaching skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multicultural and global teams.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to generate tangible value creation.
- High field credibility and a partnership approach with operational teams.
