Job :
We are looking for an Information Systems Technician profile who will contribute to carrying out technical checks, monitoring investments, and operational surveillance of data and performance of the delegated public service, through the collection, verification, and preparation of elements necessary for the analysis and control provided for by delegated management contracts.
Main tasks:
- Manage and maintain the systems and network infrastructure:
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software equipment: servers, workstations, routers, switches, printers, etc.
- Implement and administer operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and software solutions (Active Directory, Antivirus, etc.).
- Ensure backup management and data recovery in case of failure.
- Monitor virtual machines, check their operating status and performance (CPU usage, memory, storage).
- Ensure the maintenance and repair of workstations, including troubleshooting, replacement of hardware components such as hard drives, RAM modules, graphics cards, and other defective components.
- Provide technical support and assistance to users:
- Provide technical support to users, resolve their IT problems (hardware, systems, networks).
- Manage support requests and ensure follow-up until problems are resolved.
- Train and assist users in the use of IT systems and tools.
- Identify root causes of recurring incidents and implement preventive actions.
- Manage IT assets.
- Control IT access and compliance with security rules
- Collaborate on IT audits, contractual reviews and transition operations, investment valuation files, tender files, monitoring of investments through the collection, verification, and preparation of elements necessary for the analysis and control provided for by delegated management contracts

Required education and skills:
- State diploma or equivalent "Bac +2" (2-year post-secondary degree) in Information Systems / IT: infrastructures or IT networks
- Professional experience of 2 years or more;
- Knowledge of information security standards and current regulations.
- Mastery of IT security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, etc.).
