Job :

Reporting directly to General Management, you will play a key role in the organization, coordination, and smooth running of administrative and operational activities.



As such, your main tasks will be:



  • Manage the General Management's schedule and priorities
  • Organize meetings and write minutes
  • Ensure communication between Management and the teams
  • Follow up on files and follow up with stakeholders
  • Handle administrative tasks (mail, filing, documents)
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office and general services
  • Participate in the organization of internal events

Required profile :
  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, administration, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (General Management Assistant / Office Manager)
  • Excellent organizational skills and sense of priority
  • Very good level of French communication (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Sense of confidentiality and absolute discretion
  • Initiative, rigor, and autonomy
