Job :
Centrale Danone is looking for its Energy Technician at the Salé factory.
Responsibilities:
-Facility Maintenance:
-Ensure the maintenance of energy facilities (Air, Refrigeration, Steam, Water Treatment, Electricity).
-Monitor energy consumption and propose optimization actions (Energy Efficiency, loss reduction).
-Ensure the achievement of objectives and monitoring of department indicators.
-Participate in the definition and implementation of energy improvement projects.
-Manage the structure and interventions of service equipment in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
-Coordinate with various stakeholders from other departments to ensure smooth energy operation management.
-Comply with safety rules and work procedures.
-Participate in audits.
-Write detailed reports on interventions.
-Diagnosis and Repair:
-Identify breakdowns and propose technical solutions to restore equipment to proper working order.
-Monitor the safety of energy production equipment and alarm in case of problems.
Required profile :
Technical Skills:
-Knowledge of industrial energy systems (Refrigeration, Electrical Engineering, Thermal, Hydraulic, Electric).
-Use of diagnostic tools, breakdown analysis, and preventive maintenance.
General Skills:
-Organization: Ability to coordinate maintenance activities effectively.
-Time Management: Skill in managing time to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
-Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes and new technologies.
Interpersonal Skills:
-Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
-Communication: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with different departments.
Qualifications:
-Degree: Minimum Associate's degree (Bac+2) in energy or a similar field.
-Experience: 2 years of experience in an industrial environment.
-Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, PPT...).
-Languages: -Good command of written and spoken French.
-Intermediate English.
