Job :
Define sales objectives and profitability indicators with the Commercial Development Manager and the Commercial Back Office Manager.
Monitor daily sales performance and provide all stakeholders with management and analysis tools to develop the commercial portfolio of APP.
Analyze and identify the causes and effects of discrepancies between objectives and achievements by activity area, analyze profitability, and suggest development opportunities for Net Banking Income (NBI).
Summarize the achievements and actions of the acquisition department through department presentations.
Ensure synergy in marketing campaigns by monitoring sales performance and commercial challenges.
Conduct and distribute various studies and analyses on the department's commercial portfolio and automate recurring reports.
Prepare performance monitoring reports for Top Management.
Support Sales and Marketing teams in analyzing and optimizing the conversion funnel as well as portfolio management (e.g., reactivation of dormant accounts, cross-selling).
Set up governance committees and prepare dashboards and management reports.
Act as PMO for strategic and cross-functional projects.
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) or higher in commerce, marketing, management, or equivalent.
5 to 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal skills, good negotiation and listening abilities.
Interest in field work and challenges.
